A Research Workshop of the Israel Science Foundation and of the
Lewiner Institute for Theoretical Physics at the Technion
Supported also by the Moshe Yanai Fund for the Promotion of
International Conferences at the Technion
This workshop will be devoted to talks and discussions of the most
recent developments in the non-equilibrium statistical physics of
both granular materials and of molecular fluids. Leading experimental
and theoretical physicists and mathematicians will present their
latest work on these systems. The number of talks will be limited so
that the attendees will have time for informal discussions and for
clarification of points raised in the talks.
