Tel Aviv University
Dear all,
This week at the Horowitz seminar on Probability, Ergodic Theory and
Dynamical Systems at Tel Aviv University we are happy to have:
Speaker: Joanna Kulaga, Nicolaus Copernicus University, Torun.
Title: Joining primeness property of order n
Date: Monday, May 23
Time: 14:30
Place: Schreiber 309
Joining primeness property of order n (JP(n)) is a generalization of such
well-known properties as e.g. minimal self joining or simplicity. JP(n)
property is also connected with singularity of the so-called maximal
spectral type. On the other end of the "map" of possible dynamical
systems lies a class of infinitely divisible systems. During my talk I
will talk about the relation between these notions. As a byproduct I
sketch a simple proof of Girsanov's theorem about spectral multiplicity
function for Gaussian systems.
Best regards,
